This past week’s Life as Ritual gathering was nothing short of magic. Together, we stepped into a sacred space of release, renewal, and deep alignment, honoring the ancient and powerful ritual of emptying—letting go of what no longer serves us to create space for what truly matters.

We began by gathering with intention, setting the space, and sharing our hearts. Guided by Liz, we moved through an emptying ritual—writing down what we were ready to release and offering it to the transformative power of fire. 🔥

With each flicker of flame, we let go of stagnant energy, fear, and limitations, making space for something new. The act of burning our written words became a tangible expression of surrender—an ancient practice of renewal.

After creating space through release, we filled ourselves back up with powerful affirmations led by Dixie.

With each word spoken, we wove a new story—one of self-trust, connection, and deep embodiment.

One of the most beautiful aspects of Life as Ritual is the way we hold space for one another. Through sacred sharing, we reflected on how ritual shows up in our daily lives and how we can integrate these practices into the everyday.
